Role Responsibilities:The Associate will work on a diverse range of mainstream finance matters, managing the entire transaction lifecycle. This includes drafting and negotiating security documents (both LMA and non-LMA forms), managing intercreditor agreements, overseeing conditions precedent, and handling all other aspects of active lending transactions. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience and assume meaningful matter responsibility, with significant opportunities to engage in client development and networking initiatives. Skills and Qualifications:

2-4 years PQE with solid experience in general banking, ideally from a reputable firm
Proven ability to advise borrowers, lenders, and/or investors across the full transaction lifecycle
Experience with drafting and negotiating security documents (LMA and non-LMA forms) and managing intercreditor agreements
Strong understanding of various finance areas, including:
- Leveraged finance
- Real estate finance
- Corporate lending
- Asset-based lending (ABL)
Naturally proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for high-quality client service
Ability to support and assist team members at both local and national levels on complex finance transactions
