This role offers exposure to high-profile finance deals, drafting and negotiating LMA and non-LMA facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements.

Description
- Advising clients on all mainstream forms of finance transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents (LMA and non-LMA).
- Structuring and negotiating intercreditor arrangements.
- Managing conditions precedent processes and ensuring smooth deal completion.
- Supporting live lending transactions and providing strategic legal advice.
Profile
- A solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in banking and finance.
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to advise clients on complex lending structures.
- A strong communicator, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
