With a dedicated and highly skilled team, they represent insurers, businesses, and public sector clients, delivering strategic legal solutions in complex and high-value cases. The firm is seeking a Solicitor (3-4 PQE) or Associate (5+ PQE) to join their Glasgow Insurance Team, where you will handle a varied caseload, including pre-litigated and litigated disease claims, and work on EL/PL, motor, and fraud matters. This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced legal professionals while managing your own cases and developing key client relationships.Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in defending EL/PL casualty claims, with knowledge of motor, fraud, and disease cases being an advantage. A strong understanding of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures is preferred, along with the ability to manage cases independently, meet deadlines, and provide strategic legal advice. Excellent communication, influencing, and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
