Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of technology contracts, including software licensing, SaaS, AI, and cybersecurity agreements.

Advising on commercial, intellectual property, data protection, and risk management issues related to technology transactions.

Supporting procurement activities and supplier negotiations for large-scale tech projects.

Collaborating with senior stakeholders across IT, legal, and compliance teams to drive strategic contract decisions.

Contributing to business development by providing thought leadership on technology law trends and innovations.
Profile

A solicitor or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE in technology/commercial law, either in-house or in private practice.

Experienced in drafting and negotiating complex technology contracts, including AI-related agreements.

Knowledgeable in intellectual property, data protection, and information security issues.

Commercially astute, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
