Job Opportunity: Senior Solicitor – Corporate Finance

Location: Glasgow

Overview:

An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Solicitor to join a leading Corporate Finance team in Scotland.

Recognised for delivering exceptional service and handling complex, high-profile transactions, this team supports clients across diverse sectors, including technology, life sciences, energy and real estate. The role involves advising UK and international clients on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), equity financings, joint ventures and IPOs.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years’ PQE in corporate finance
  • Hands-on experience managing corporate transactions in a legal role
  • Exposure to public and private company M&A, equity financings and IPOs is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and manage a wide variety of corporate transactions
  • Collaborate with clients, internal departments and external advisers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Actively contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives while supporting the team’s growth

Skills:

  • Strong technical expertise in corporate finance law and transaction management
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse  stakeholders
