A highly regarded boutique firm, recognised for its excellence, is seeking a talented professional to join its Dispute Resolution team.About the RoleAs part of my clients Dispute Resolution team, you’ll manage a varied caseload that includes:
  • Personal and commercial contract disputes.
  • Property disputes and landlord/tenant cases.
  • Professional negligence claims.
  • Criminal defence work, primarily motoring offences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a diverse litigation caseload.
  • Conducting litigation in the Sheriff Court.
  • Handling alternative dispute resolution cases, including First Tier Tribunal and arbitrations.
  • Providing mentorship and support to trainees and junior solicitors.
  • Ensuring compliance with client service level standards.
Candidate Requirements
  • Over 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in general or commercial litigation.
  • Advocacy experience in the Sheriff Court and/or First Tier Tribunal.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities.
  • A commercially aware approach to case management.
