Overview:
We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join a leading dispute resolution team based in Glasgow.
Experience:
- Managing a diverse caseload, including contract disputes, property disputes and professional negligence claims
- Litigating in the Sheriff Court and handling alternative dispute resolution actions
- Providing training and support to Trainees and Junior Solicitors
Skills:
- Over 2 years post-qualifying experience in litigation
- Strong advocacy and client communication skills
- Excellent time management and commercial awareness
