Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate or Legal Director specialising in employment law, to join a highly regarded top-tier team in Glasgow.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Managing a diverse caseload efficiently and professionally to meet client and firm objectives
• Advising clients on a wide range of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious
• Representing clients in employment tribunals and providing practical, commercially focused advice within tight deadlines

• Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly and concisely
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
