Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Managing a diverse caseload efficiently and professionally to meet client and firm objectives
- Advising clients on a wide range of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious
- Representing clients in employment tribunals and providing practical, commercially focused advice within tight deadlines
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly and concisely
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Confident and self-assured, with a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience
