Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join a thriving Dispute Resolution team specialising in family law. This role offers you a chance to manage a broad range of family law matters while contributing to the growth and success of a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including separation, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation disputes, child law and alternative dispute resolution
  • Handling litigation and collaborate on more complex cases alongside senior team members
  • Actively contributing to the team’s development through business growth initiatives, marketing strategies and achieving financial targets
  • Engaging in advocacy as appropriate to the role and casework

Skills & Experience Required

  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in family law, with the ability to handle cases independently
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to manage a varied caseload
  • Advocacy experience or an interest in developing advocacy skills is desirable
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to contribute to team success and client satisfaction
