Job Opportunity: Solicitor – Litigation Defence
Location:Â Glasgow
Overview
A highly regarded national firm is keen to recruit a solicitor with 3-4 years PQE to join its team. This role you offers the opportunity to work on a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated disease claims, EL/PL claims and motor/fraud cases, and assist with high-value and complex claims.
Experience
- 3-4 years' PQE
- Handling EL/PL casualty claims, motor/fraud, and disease claims
- Knowledge of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures
Skills
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
