Overview:Â We are currently seeking a part-time Family Solicitor to join a prestigious law firm's growing team. This role involves handling a wide range of family law matters, including separation, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation, litigation and child law issues.
Role Requirements:
Experience:Â
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in family law
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Confidence in working independently and running own caseload
- Willingness to collaborate on larger or more complex cases
- Contribution to the financial success of the team and firm by meeting targets and supporting business development and marketing strategies
Skills:
- Strong advocacy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in dispute resolution methods
