An exciting opportunity has opened for a skilled pensions lawyer to join a highly respected and forward-thinking team as an Associate, Senior Associate or Legal Director.
If you have 5–10+ years of PQE in Pensions law and are seeking a position that values expertise, fosters career progression and embraces innovation, this could be your next career move.
Experience:
- 5–10+ years PQE in Pensions law
- Comprehensive knowledge of pensions matters, including scheme wind-ups, liability management and GMP equalisation projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on pensions law issues, including benefit transfers, M&A, asset-backed funding and scheme administration
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service to trustees, employers and pension providers
- Manage a varied caseload efficiently and professionally, meeting firm and client objectives
- Engage in business development activities, including networking, marketing and participation in industry events
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless client solutions
- Support financial controls by maintaining accurate time recording and ensuring prompt billing
Skills:
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide tailored legal advice
- Strong team player with the confidence to work independently when required
