We are looking to speak to Solicitors who are 1-4 years PQE, who are looking for a new opportunity to join a leading firm based in Glasgow City Centre. Ideally, you will have strong Personal Injury, Civil Litigation or Commercial Litigation experience, and be looking for a new, rewarding opportunity. You will be joining an established, high performing and client focused team, handling a variety of sensitive cases, working to secure the best possible results for your clients daily, whilst providing invaluable support.

Due to the nature of this role and specialism, you will be expected to handle cases with care, empathy and sensitivity. You will assess all cases in an appropriate manner from inception to conclusion, guiding through the litigation process.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team, who complete valuable work daily.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working core business hours Monday - Friday. This role will follow a hybrid working model and salary is £DOE.

Are you who we are looking for?

  • You are an experienced solicitor who is 1-4yr PQE, with experience in Personal Injury, Civil Litigation or Commercial Litigation
  • You are a confident and strong litigator
  • You are an enthusiastic individual with strong, client focused skills
  • You have a strong attention to detail and can act on your own initiative
  • You can work well individually and within a team environment
  • You enjoy providing support and advice to clients, building key relationships
  • You are enthusiastic, empathetic, proactive and adaptable
  • You can manage an ever-changing schedule
  • You work proactively to complete all work to a high standard

What is the day to day like?

  • Developing high quality, technical legal skills to optimise client satisfaction
  • Encouraging and promoting the vision and values of the firm
  • Assessing and progressing cases in an appropriate manner from inception to conclusion
  • Guiding cases through the litigation process
  • Contributing towards firm training, for staff and own self-development
  • Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and practice
  • Assisting with the marketing of the brand and firm services
  • Demonstrating technical proficiency in IT systems etc daily
  • Working individually and within a wider team environment to investigate and conclude cases, working towards best results for clients
