Overview:We're recruiting Solicitors and Solicitor Advocates to join a growing Advocacy Unit focused exclusively on litigation support and court work. This is a non-caseload role ideal for those looking to build or expand their advocacy experience.
Key Responsibilities:• Deliver oral and written advocacy, including client consultations• Provide legal advice on personal injury matters (with training as needed)• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with Counsel• Work cross-departmentally to ensure smooth client service• Stay up to date with relevant laws, procedures, and court rules
Requirements:• Experience in personal injury litigation• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities• Proven ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
