Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled solicitor to join one of Scotland’s leading personal injury teams, working exclusively on defendant work.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with experience handling defendant personal injury cases
- Strong background in road traffic, employer liability, public liability and industrial disease claims
- Ability to manage a varied caseload, working with public bodies, insurers and private clients
Skills:
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and advocacy skills
- A proactive approach to case management and client service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing and award-winning legal team
