Overview:A great opportunity has become available for a 2–4 years PQE Solicitor, qualified in England and Wales, to join a top-tier private client team. This role involves handling complex private client matters, including estate planning, trust administration and cross-border tax and succession issues. You'll play a key part in growing the team’s English law capability and contributing to business development efforts.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
- 2–4 years PQE as a Solicitor, qualified in England & Wales (or dual qualified)
- Hands-on experience with high-value and intricate private client matters
- Proven ability to manage diverse client needs with excellence
Responsibilities:
- Draft wills, powers of attorney and estate planning solutions for a diverse client base
- Advise on trust and estate administration, including complex cross-border issues
- Collaborate with colleagues on multi-disciplinary cases and client strategies
Skills:
- Strong technical expertise and attention to detail in private client law
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and business development initiatives
