Experience
- Handling contractual disputes, tenancy disputes and boundary issues
- Representing clients in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session
- Advising on property law matters, including landlord-tenant disputes and neighbour disputes
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional client care and relationship management
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
