This position provides you with the opportunity to work with high-profile clients on diverse property transactions, including acquisitions, sales and leasing of commercial properties. Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial real estate law
  • Prior experience in supervising junior team members is advantageous

Key Tasks

  • Drafting, negotiating and concluding contracts, leases, missives and development agreements
  • Conducting title reviews and providing comprehensive reports to clients
  • Managing all aspects of commercial property transactions efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and other stakeholders
  • Supporting junior team members in developing their skills and technical expertise
  • Contributing to the firm’s business development initiatives
  • Ensuring timely and accurate recording of billable hours and assisting with fee invoicing
