Description

  • Advising institutional investors, private equity funds, and banks on complex commercial property transactions.

  • Handling a diverse range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.

  • Managing client relationships and delivering commercially focused legal solutions.

  • Staying up to date with market trends and real estate regulations to provide strategic advice.

  • Playing an active role in business development and strengthening key client relationships.

Profile

  • A solicitor or equivalent with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial real estate.

  • Experienced in handling high-value transactions and advising institutional clients.

  • Commercially minded, with strong negotiation and analytical skills.

  • A confident communicator who can build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
