Description
- Providing legal advice on a variety of real estate development / housebuilding matters.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the wider legal team to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Staying abreast of changes in legislation relevant to real estate development.
- Participating in business development initiatives.
- Contributing to the firm's thought leadership in the field of real estate development.
- Mentoring junior members of the team.
- Adhering to the firm's ethical and confidentiality guidelines.
Profile
A successful Real Estate Development NQ - 5 should have:
- Experience of commercial property work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
