A leading law firm in Glasgow is keen to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing team.

The Role

• Manage sales, purchases, remortgages and title transfers
• Examine property titles and advise on legal implications
• Draft deeds and legal documents
• Liaise with clients and third parties to ensure smooth, timely transactions

Role Requirements

Experience:

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing, including sale and purchase transactions
• Proficiency in examining property titles and addressing legal issues
• Experience meeting with clients and advising on the legal processes involved in transactions
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and liaise with third parties like banks and solicitors

Skills:

• Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in drafting legal documentation
• Ability to handle a high-volume workload effectively
