This role sits within the Real Estate and Infrastructure division, where you’ll provide expert legal advice to commercial clients, including SIPP and SSAS providers. You’ll handle the purchase, sale, development, and leasing of commercial properties, taking responsibility for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in supporting junior team members, helping them grow their technical knowledge and skills. Business development and maintaining long-term client relationships are also key aspects of the role.Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of PQE with strong experience in commercial real estate. You’ll need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly and concisely. Experience in supervising the work of others is desirable, and you should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
