Title: Solicitor - Banking & Finance Location: GlasgowSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 A leading law firm with a strong national presence is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified to 2-year PQE Solicitor to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance team, based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team is one of the largest and most experienced in Scotland, advising a broad client base that includes financial institutions, corporate borrowers, sponsors, and other key players in the finance sector. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of transactional matters including corporate lending, real estate finance, clean energy and infrastructure finance, as well as supporting on cross-border deals and financial regulatory matters. While not essential, familiarity with legal technology tools—such as e-signing platforms, document automation, and AI-based contract analysis—would be advantageous.
