Overview:
My Client is seeking a Solicitor for a civil/commercial litigation role with a leading law firm. This position offers a varied caseload of pursuer and defender work in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session, as well as involvement in arbitrations and mediations. The team is primarily based in Glasgow, but applicants from anywhere in Scotland are welcome.
Role Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (0-2 years PQE) or Trainee Solicitor nearing the end of their training contract
- Experience in commercial litigation and managing a varied caseload in the Scottish courts
- Strong organisational, negotiation and communication skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a commercial perspective
- Excellent client handling abilities and a team-oriented mindset
