Process Improvement Lead - Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) - Glasgow Hybrid
I am looking for a passionate Process Improvement Lead to drive efficiency and change for our client in Glasgow. If you have a strong operational background, experience with Six Sigma (Green Belt), and excel in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, this role is for you.
You'll be joining a growing Process Improvement team, taking on key projects, manage large stakeholder groups, and implement practical, user-focused process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring these align with business objectives.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Use data-driven insights to optimise processes and drive operational excellence.
- Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and techniques.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Strong operational background with experience in process-driven environments.
- Proven ability to manage and influence large stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience of leading successful change initiatives and process optimisations.
