Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with a top-rate law firm in Glasgow, who are looking for a Legal Administrator to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

What experience will you need? Ideally, you will have legal administration experience and have over a year of administration experience overall. A good education will be looked upon favourably, and good organisation with strong deadline management skills will be essential.

The tasks within this role will be related to handling the renewal of clients’ intellectual property. Please see below examples of duties:

  • Acknowledging and preparing appropriate correspondence to clients.
  • Handling cases, noting important deadlines.
  • Answering any renewals queries, preparing timely responses.
  • Updating case records, ensuring all information is correct and accurately dated.
  • Obtaining the relevant documents required for renewals.
