Position: Legal AssistantLocation: Glasgow (Hybrid)Salary: £25,000-£26,000Pertemps are recruiting a Legal Assistant to support their client, a Glasgow based national law firm. The purpose of the role is to provide secretarial, administrative and PA support to fee earners and supporting teams.Responsibilities:
  • Diary management
  • Scheduling meetings for both internal and external contacts
  • Inbox management
  • Drafting and proofreading legal documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies
  • Managing deadlines, adapting in correspondence weith changing requirements
  • Database management
  • Setting up new client files
  • Billing/invoice management
  • General ad-hoc support
About You:
  • Office Support/Admin experiece
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Previous legal experience advantageous but not essential
