- Liaising with clients and lenders, providing regular updates and handling queries
- Drafting legal documents including Dispositions, Securities, LBTT returns and Discharges
- Ordering searches and Redemption Statements
- Lodging Advance Notices and registering legal documents
- Updating case management systems and online platforms such as LMS and Lender Exchange
- Managing diaries and providing general administrative support
- Handling post-settlement queries and issuing updated title deeds
- Previous experience in a property or admin is preferred but not essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication – written and verbal – with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of LawPro would be a bonus
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and great attention to detail
