Job Title: Conveyancing ParalegalSalary: £26,000 - £38,000Location: PaisleyI am currently recruiting for a conveyancing paralegal with a well established construction business based in Paisley.

About the Role:My client is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their legal team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and timely completion of plot sale, part-exchange, and onward sale transactions. You will collaborate with sales and development teams to achieve performance targets while maintaining high standards of legal accuracy and professionalism.

This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 at home), Mon - Thu 8:30 - 17:00, Fri 8:30 - 15:30.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:

Plot and Part-Exchange Transactions* Manage all aspects of plot sale transactions, including issuing contracts, resolving title observations, exchanging contracts, and legal completions* Handle part-exchange transactions, including title examinations, legal reports, and compliance with LBTT returns and Land Register applications* Oversee onward sales of part-exchange properties, ensuring timely contract issuance, title reviews, and completionsCoordination and Reporting* Collaborate with Sales and Development/Technical teams to provide progress updates and meet exchange and completion targets* Attend progress meetings and provide comprehensive reporting on plot and part-exchange transactions* Maintain a diary scheduler and generate weekly reports to track transaction progress

General Legal Support* Address non-routine queries before, during, and after transactions* Ensure all correspondence and documentation meet high standards of presentation and accuracy* Comply with professional standards and training requirements________________________________________What We're Looking For:

Key Competencies:* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks* Confident communication skills with the ability to analyse complex legal issues decisively* Proven experience in property law and residential conveyancing would be beneficial to the role* Excellent organisational skills to manage complex filing and information systems.* IT proficiency, particularly in Word processing systems and databases
