Full Job DescriptionReal Estate/Residential Property Paralegal, Glasgow  Meraki Talent is currently looking to recruit a Real Estate/Residential Property Paralegal  to join a leading Scottish firm in Glasgow  This firm is in the top 100 firms in the UK, is highly ranked in the legal 500 and has a great reputation in Scotland.Duties and responsibilities of the ideal candidate:
  • You will work on a range of property matters from residential sales to plot sales for home builder clients. You will also support the wider commercial property team
  • You will draft and peruse legal documentation
  • You will examine reporting on title
  • You will have a time recording target
  About You
  • You will either be a Paralegal or have had some experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing
  • You will be a team player
  • You will have attention to detail and great communication skills
  • You will have a real passion for property law
