We are delighted to be partnering with this growing firm in their search for a qualified Lawyer for this newly created position of Senior Legal Counsel in Governance. This role would be ideal for someone who has a appetite for governance, you will assist with all legal advice and governance support.
Required Experience/Skills:
- A qualified Lawyer
- Have a good academic background
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in governance
- A practical understanding of corporate law is preferred
- In-house experience gained within a regulated environment would also be advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, often within tight deadlines
- A proactive approach and willingness to develop existing skills and update legal knowledge by way of additional training.
