Maintenance Engineer (Days)

Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm.  

Maintenance Engineer required for a market leading manufacturer who are growing and investing. They are a successful independent company offering a personable working environment along with opportunities for training and progression.

The successful Maintenance Engineer will need to have some form of Industrial experience. Ex forces applicants are encouraged. You need a C&G, ONC, HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject.

The role is fast paced doing PPM and reactive maintenance across the manufacturing facility. The company supply their products into various food retailers and have a wide product range.

The Maintenance Engineer:

  • PPM work and reactive breakdowns within a FMCG environment.
  • Maintenance of Production Machinery within a high-volume environment.
  • Machinery improvements and upgrades as and when required.
  • Mechanically working on: Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Conveyors, Gears and Bearings.
  • Electrically working on single and 3 phase electrics, invertors, drives, motors and PLC fault finding.

The Successful Maintenance Engineer:

  • Maintenance skills from an industrial, plant or similar environment
  • Relevant engineering qualification.
  • You will be electrically biased.
