Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer required to cover a number of sites in Edinburgh and Glasgow, 38k+ plus plenty of overtime and great benefits.

Our client is a leading technical services providerwho specialises in High profile Commercial / Residential Buildings Nationwide. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Mobile Mechanical/ HVAC / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Role

Planned Maintenance on Mechanical and HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's
Conduct site walk rounds and completereports.
AHU's, FCU's
Expansion Vessels
Tap / Temp checks
Conduct tap and temperature tests
Changing belts / pumps etc
Changing / cleaning filters
General Plumbing Maintenance including checking / repairing sanitary ware, toilets, taps etc.

Location

Central belt - Covering a number of High End Residential / Commercial sites and associated Central plant rooms in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Experience required

Mechanical/ HVAC Building services maintenance background.
Basic Electrical Building Services Maintenance knowledge
Ideally Mechanical / Plumbing SVQ or equivallent City & Guilds
HVAC Building services / facilities maintenance background.
Good Mechanical / Plumbing knowledge
Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis.
Ideal candidate will live in Central belt and be able to commute to either Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Competitive salary 38 to 40k+ based on 38hrs
Good overtime rates including time & half and double time.
