Brightwork are delighted to be supporting our client, a renowned manufacturing organisation producing the highest quality of food products and ingredients for the FMCG sector.
The role - Shift Maintenance Engineer
You will have a dynamic and varied role and will be responsible for undertaking all elements of Maintenance Engineering within a dynamic, fast paced production environment.
Your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Fault finding
- Emergency breakdown and repair
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- New plant and equipment installation as required
- Continuous Improvement activities
You will have undertaken a traditional apprenticeship and ideally possess an HNC in Engineering (either Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-skilled, Electrical preferred). You will have proven experience managing all elements of plant and equipment maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing, production or associated environment. You will be able to demonstrate first class fault finding and plant repair experience with a working knowledge of a broad range of fast moving production plant and equipment.
This is a shift based role, early, back and night shift pattern - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am, and you will be available accordingly.
