Location: G3 and Home Based when appropriate

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Job Description: As an Agent Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the real estate agents receive the support they need to succeed.

You will act as a liaison between the agents and the various resources within their office, helping to streamline processes, coordinate activities, and maintain a high level of agent satisfaction.

This position requires exceptional organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agent Support: Provide day-to-day support for agents, including answering inquiries and troubleshooting systems.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new agents, including setting up accounts, providing training on office systems, and ensuring they have access to necessary resources.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for agents regarding office updates, events, and resources. Distribute information and ensure timely responses to agent queries.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing office events, training sessions, and meetings to support agent development and networking opportunities.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update agent information in company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Marketing Support: Assist agents with marketing needs, such as creating promotional materials, coordinating social media efforts, and managing listings on multiple platforms.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and document management, to support office operations and agent activities.
  • Technology Assistance: Provide basic technical support for office systems and tools, helping agents navigate and utilise technology to enhance their productivity. Team effort plus REX

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a real estate office or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and especially Google Suite comfortable with learning new software and technology platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.
