Meraki Talent are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Administrator to join a collaborative team in Glasgow.   This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our client services, providing comprehensive administrative support while delivering an excellent customer experience.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client administration processes, including client onboarding, AML checks, and account openings/amendments.
  • Handle client documentation — processing, retention, and dispatch.
  • Respond to client queries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Liaise with Investment Managers and Financial Advisers to track and chase outstanding client documentation.
  • Update internal systems and maintain accurate client records.
  • Ensure processes align with CASS regulations, escalating issues as needed.
  • Support team members by sharing knowledge and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the business area.
  Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role within Financial Services is desirable but not essential.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A methodical approach with keen attention to detail.
