- Manage client administration processes, including client onboarding, AML checks, and account openings/amendments.
- Handle client documentation — processing, retention, and dispatch.
- Respond to client queries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Liaise with Investment Managers and Financial Advisers to track and chase outstanding client documentation.
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure processes align with CASS regulations, escalating issues as needed.
- Support team members by sharing knowledge and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the business area.
- Experience in a similar role within Financial Services is desirable but not essential.
- GCSEs in English and Maths
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A methodical approach with keen attention to detail.
