We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing contracts, ensuring compliance, and providing administrative support.

Duties

  • Preparing and tracking sales documentation
  • Ensuring the client database is up to date
  • Liaising with clients and site staff to ensure route plans are accurate
  • Preparation of admin in tenders
  • Issuing quotes and opening customer job files
  • Document control of invoices and other relevant client information
  • Managing fuel cards and tracking expenditure
  • Tracking PO numbers and uploading to job file
  • Obtain accurate client job specifications
  • Act as an interface between field-based staff, client and directors
  • Preparing and issuing RAMS
  • Managing all recycling tickets and ensuring POs are raised
  • Invoicing

Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
