We are looking for a Project Support Coordinator who is professional, passionate, and possesses a positive can-do attitude. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to excellence in every project.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Answering contract-related phone calls and directing them appropriately within the contracts department.
  • Taking phone messages and ensuring they are passed on accurately.
  • Interacting with clients both over the phone and in person.
  • Attending project handover meetings, taking minutes, and distributing them.
  • Preparing new site boxes with necessary items and equipment and checking availability.
  • Maintaining PPE supplies and managing distribution to staff and sites.
  • Supporting site managers with digital filing and continuous improvement training.
  • Organising utility searches and liaising with utilities providers for new services.
  • Managing drawing updates on Procore and ensuring proper distribution as directed by management.
  • Assisting in the preparation of various documents and supporting the site management teams as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High personal standards with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritize tasks effectively.
