Project Support Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Support Coordinator who is professional, passionate, and possesses a positive can-do attitude. Day-to-day of the role:
- Answering contract-related phone calls and directing them appropriately within the contracts department.
- Taking phone messages and ensuring they are passed on accurately.
- Interacting with clients both over the phone and in person.
- Attending project handover meetings, taking minutes, and distributing them.
- Preparing new site boxes with necessary items and equipment and checking availability.
- Maintaining PPE supplies and managing distribution to staff and sites.
- Supporting site managers with digital filing and continuous improvement training.
- Organising utility searches and liaising with utilities providers for new services.
- Managing drawing updates on Procore and ensuring proper distribution as directed by management.
- Assisting in the preparation of various documents and supporting the site management teams as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High personal standards with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritize tasks effectively.
