Profile
A successful Engineering Site Lead should have:
- A degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in engineering and manufacturing processes. You must have had extensive practical experience of automation and/or mechatronics in a manufacturing environment.
