Operations Manager - Glasgow

We are seeking an experiencedCoating and Blasting Operations Managerto join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of coating and blasting operations across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing operational plans to meet business objectives;
• Leading a team of coating and blasting operatives to deliver high-quality results;
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures;
• Monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of painting and coating specifications, blasting and surface parameters, and painting techniques. They will also hold relevant qualifications such as ICORR or TTP/ICATS Supervisor Card.
