The role involves managing regional operations activities, including site preparation, installation management, and technical support, while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Main Contractors, Faade Sub-Contractors, End Users, and Specifiers. Key Responsibilities

  • * Site Inspections & Preparations: Conduct pre-start site inspections to confirm readiness for installation. Verify site-specific details for RAMS, including delivery, storage, and induction arrangements. Provide detailed sketches and measurements for installation planning.
  • * On-Site Management: Manage installation works to meet customer requirements, quality standards, and budgets. Promote environmental, health, and safety compliance on-site. Monitor and maintain installation quality through regular site checks.
  • * Customer Support: Attend site meetings and provide technical support to Engineers, Sales, and Operations teams. Oversee post-installation handovers to customers and the Service Department. Lead snagging/handover resolution to facilitate cash collection and minimize delays.
  • * Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure alignment with customer timelines. Highlight product improvement opportunities and report on quality issues to Manufacturing Managers. Assist in sourcing and approving sub-contract workforce.

Skills & Experience:
* Technical knowledge and installation experience with door automation products (essential).
* Strong understanding of Aluminium Systems, including automatic door systems (essential).
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (essential).
* Proficient in MS Office and other relevant PC tools (essential).
* Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage tight deadlines.

Qualifications:
* ADSA BS/EN Standards Authorised Technician (essential).
* CITB CSCS Card (essential).
* SMSTS qualification (essential).
* Full UK Manual Driving License (essential).
