Conrad Consulting is currently working with a national refurbishment and fit out contractor to assist them in their search for an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects across Scotland.
Our client specialises in the delivery of projects across the commercial, retail, hospitality and hotel sectors and are looking for an individual with demonstrated experience working on refurbishment, renovation and fit out projects.
The Role
-Develop construction programmes to be used throughout the project
-Accurately maintain all necessary site paperwork
-Keep projects progressing within budget and to schedule
-Manage all sub-contractors and direct staff with decisiveness and authority
-Maintain a safe and tidy site at all times
-Keep client and senior management up to date with progress of work
-Ensure company is represented at all times in a professional manner
The Person
-Proven site management experience (minimum 3 years)
-Comfortable with managing projects from start to finish
-Ideally you will have a demonstrated history delivering projects across varying sectors
-Valid SMSTS and CSCS
-Have experience managing programming on site and regularly reporting on project progress
-Educated to at least HND level
