First People Solutions is recruiting for a leading civil engineering contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in the Central Belt of Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-profile projects in concrete and structural works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project completion.
- Lead and supervise teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers on progress, budgets, and reporting.
- Maintain strong client relationships and accurate site documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering or construction.
- SMSTS/SSSTS certification and a valid UK driving license.
- Strong knowledge of concrete civils or structural works is preferred.
