Contract Scotland are working closely with a reputable fit-out contractor to source an experienced Site Manager. With the flexibility to be based out of Glasgow or Edinburgh, this esteemed organisation seeks a professional and proactive individual with demonstrable experience managing high-end fit-out projects.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day on-site management, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and adhering to H&S standards.

You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Managing project resources, including budget, schedule, and personnel.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Managing project scope, schedule, and quality
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, project stakeholders and supply chain.
- Providing leadership and direction to project teams while maintaining a strong safety culture.
- Providing regular progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.
- Problem-solving and managing any issues or changes that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Liaising closely with the design and project teams to ensure alignment with project specifications.

To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have a trade background.
- Have demonstratable management experience within the construction industry, ideally fit-out and refurbishment.
- Have a track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Have experience leading projects from inception to completion.
- Be a driven and strategic individual who is confident and motivated in working collaboratively toward the success of a shared goal.
