We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to join our team, working on a site  in North Lanarkshire. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including new build housing and modular build projects.
- Coordinate and oversee groundworks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and project progress.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Resolve any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and site diaries.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in site management, particularly in new build housing and modular construction.
- Strong knowledge of groundworks and related health and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.
- Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
