We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading infrastructure solutions provider, overseeing the delivery of key rail and civil engineering projects across Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Operating mainly within the Geotechnical and Rope Access industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Leading and coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain high performance and productivity.
- Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering, ideally within the rail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- CSCS, SMSTS, and PTS certifications are highly desirable.
