PMA Recruitment Services is seeking a site manager for an immediate start in the Glasgow area.
The project involves the demolition of an existing property followed by a complete rebuild.
Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role, along with SMSTS and First Aid certifications.
An SVQ Level 6 or equivalent qualification is required, as well as experience in managing subcontractors and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
The project is expected to last 20 to 25 weeks.

PMA Recruitment Services require 1 x site manager in the Glasgow area for immediate start.

Project will include demolition of an exisiting property to then fully rebuild.

Candidates with prevoous experience in a similar role is essential.

SMSTS and First Aid required.

SVQ Level 6 or equivalent.

Experience in managing sub contractors and running a project on time and within budget.

20 - 25 week project.
