We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with expertise in Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing insulation projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship, health & safety compliance, and efficient site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage IWI projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Plan and manage site schedules, materials, and workforce.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve any site issues.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Internal Wall Insulation (IWI).
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) Certificate.
- Willingness to travel and work away in North Scotland as required.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
