A global FM and property management company is seeking a maintenance professional for a healthcare facility in Glasgow.
The role involves general building fabric maintenance, including PPM, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
Candidates must have experience in a client-facing maintenance role.
The position requires a normal working week of 40 hours, Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00.
The salary offered is £30,000 plus overtime, along with 25 days of holiday and a 3% to 5% pension contribution.

You will be responsible for general building fabric maintenance andincluding PPM,s,minor plumbing ,carpentry, painting and decoratingetc,within a healthcare facility in Glasgow.

The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role.
The normal working week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday 14.00- 22.00

The Salary:
Salary is30k+ OT +25 days holiday and 3%/5% pension.
